Kel A. Raleigh is a poet born in New York, raised in Pennsylvania, and displaced in Maryland. She is naturally drawn to dark bodies of water and odd jobs. Her poetry has been featured at the Conference for the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges and in Blue River Literary Journal, and her memoir has been featured in Welter Literary Journal. She is an alumn of Mansfield University of Pennsylvania (BA), University of Baltimore (MFA), and Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Kel’s Scorpio energy goes unmatched. She currently lives in Baltimore with her fiancée, tailless cat, overgrown puppy, and the rats in her backyard.
